Consultations are by appointment only. Please obtain a referral from your GP or Specialist. The referral from your GP will be valid for 12 months from your initial visit. The referral from your Specialist will be valid for 3 months from your initial visit. A valid and current referral will enable you to claim your Medicare rebate or we can put the claim through, on your behalf, after the consultation. 

Please email admin@hons.com.au or fax (02) 9954 0808 the referral to our rooms. Our administration staff will then contact you regarding an appointment with the appropriate haematologist or medical oncologist or palliative care specialist. 

 

For your visit 

• Please bring recent xrays/scans as well as any updated pathology reports. 
• Please bring an updated medication list.
